Building the new house with no alterations to the parents’ house was the main requirement. The new house unit shares a courtyard and a double height entrance lobby with the old house.The new unit consists of a visitors’ room , toilet, pantry, common living and a double height verandah on the ground floor and a TV Lobby and a master bedroom with a closet ,dressing and an attached bathroom on the top floor.
