Architect Dushmantha Ranabahu completed his Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Architecture in 2006 and obtained his Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc) in Architecture in 2010 from the University of Moratuwa. He became a Charted Architect in 2013 and since then has been recognized by the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects. He has obtained full professional qualifications and training in several leading architectural establishment in Sri Lanka, which include his training as a junior architect under several well-known architects in the country. His work as a Project Architect of numerous development programs also received due recognition – and he started his individual practice in 2013 to offer services mainly to corporate establishments and individuals. Recognizing his work, at the Architect 2014, he was honored with the Most Informative Panel Award.

Sudarshana Bandara Ranabahu graduated from the faculty of Architecture of University of the University of Moratuwa with a Bachelor’s Degree in Design with a special focus on Furniture Design. He qualified as a project manager with a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the Department of Building Economics of the University of Moratuwa in year 2015. Sudarshana is well- experienced in interior design and has been handling various projects on his own since 2005. He has more than 10 years of experience as an interior designer with leading architects and Interior design firms with special emphasis on commercial, Hotels and Residential projects.

Nirman Rathnayake is a charted landscape architect and an interior and a furniture designer. He entered the University of Moratuwa and Graduate Bachelor of Design B.Des.(Sp:) in Interior & Furniture Designing and Masters in Landscape Architect MSc. in the year 2006. He was awarded “The Best Innovator Award” in Tear 2005. In addition, he has obtained the patent for some of his unique designs. After the completion of his degrees he worked under the reputed, Leading architect, Deshamanya, Vidyajothi Ashley de Vos as a Landscape architect and an interior, furniture designer. He received his Charter (MILA) in 2011 and is a council member of Sri Lanka Institute of Landscape Architects.

Prasad is Well experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor as well as a Chartered Construction Manager with more than 12 years experience in Construction Management and Cost Consultancy for Client, Consultant & Contractor organizations and has involved with all Pre Contract & Post Contract activities as a Commercial Manager/Chief Quantity Surveyor, Senior Project Quantity Surveyor and Site Quantity Surveyor for many Building and Land Development, projects. Experienced in Civil Works, Building Works, Building related MEP Works (Electrical, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire, Gas, IT & ELV, Lift & Elevators, etc.)& Land Development works.
